I wonder if a patch can be uninstalled. Just thinking aloud…

Hi Dafydd,

Thanks for posting this although it won't install on PD Live, and they haven't even released the last build for PD Live either. I'm sure you'll agree how unacceptable this is.

This beta fixes the 50p downgrade error that me and several others worked on so, as I'm sure you'll appreciate, I'm dying to give it a try.

Thanks,

Andrew

Fixes the issue that PowerDirector cannot maintain the timeline height in the Pip/Title/Particle Designer.

The beta patch also, inadvertently or not, fixes the problem where you close PD (before saving) - it prompts you to save - click "Yes"... then you have to close it again. Now it saves & closes.

Cheers - Tony

Hi All

Just a general query

Does CL re-invent PD every time a new version is released OR do they improve the existing version?

Some of these 'updates' are pretty basic errors Happing editing

Best Regards

CL change:

I've just altered/edited the link above to a "downloader" exe.

Hi Andrew - Wales, UK,
I have passed on your feedback, to CL,
a) the lack of a patch (earlier release) for Live end users and
b) you want to try out (something you helped highlight) the BR 50p fix in this beta patch.
Dafydd

Thanks Andrew. You've got me singing "When a knight won his spurs...." now, darn!
News flash. Live patch should be out soon ..might be this week. It'll match the official release, not the beta and will therefore not include the beta fix for BR50p.
Ok, off now to sing the rest of the song.
