Hi Dafydd,
I've had to recently uninstall and re-install my CLPD11 to see if I can prevent the freezing that's happening.
I have a great PC with tons of space memory and an updated driver. That reinstalling was the next step.

My question, with the list of patches...from 2215 to the most recent 3625,...Do I have to install each of these patches individually? or will just the last one suffice. I don't understand if each patch has just a single purpose, or it combines the previous patches as well.

So, just the latest? or all of them? Jenny

Hi Dafydd,
I am looking for help with an issue that Phone tech and email just is not working.

I have been using Power Director 10 for about two years. Recently my XFX 6850 graphics card failed and was replaced with a XFX 7850 Card. I made the mistake of thinking it was time to get PDR12 and installed it with the new card. Now 15 to 20 GB movie files that previously burned in 40 to 50 minutes are now taking 3.5 to 4 hours. The video is not always smooth and the audio goes out of sync.
Email /TSID phone support has not been able to correct the problem. I have now tried going back to PDR10 and installed the 3625 patch, but the software is still not burning as previously. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This has been going on since June 13th. My system specs Follow:

The program does not look for updates, even though check for updates is checked.

You have to read the forum or check the Patches page often.

http://www.cyberlink.com/support/powerdirector-ultra/patches_en_US.html

PD11 is well over a year old (PD 13 is soon). Not as many updates for a older program.

Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.

Have installed v3625 on PD11 but it shows a black screen on all movie files in Edit. Windows 8.1. I know a lot of people have had this issue but haven't seen a solution that works anywhere. Anyone?
