How do I purchase a CyberLink product?

You may purchase our products either from a retail store or online. However, since retail stores may be out of stock, we recommend that you purchase from our CyberStore. To make an online purchase, all you need is a valid credit card and you will be able to download our products within minutes. In addition, you may opt to get physical cd send to you as well or our extended download period. The latter lets you re-download the software numorous times with a year after original purchase.

Is it secure to purchase online?

CyberLink realizes that many users are concerned with regards to this issue. We have therefore partnered with Digital River, an extremely professional company that provides e-Commerce solutions and handles payments for many other huge software companies across the globe. During our partnership with Digital River, we have not had a single user complaint regarding security.

Is is possible to to try a program before buying?

Sure it is. Each of our programs are available to download absolutely free of charge. In addition, to ensure that you really get to know the possibliities of each program, basically all the functions are enabled. The only restriction is that the program will disable itself after 30 days of use.

I need help downloading a trial version?

To download a trial version, please click here to go to our download page. Here you can find all our programs, so just go ahead and pick the ones you would like to try. After you click 'Download Now' a new widow will open asking you to 'Run', 'Save' or 'Cancel'.

We recommend that you choose Save because this will save the program on your computer. Selecting 'Run' will install the program without saving it on your computer.

How do I check my current version before upgrading?

This can be done in two ways. The easiest is to click our logo within the program or go to the 'About' link in the help file.

How do I ensure my computer meets the system requirements?

Each of our programs have different system requirements, so you will have to check the system requirements for each individual program here and then match it with your computer.

To check the current status of your computers, right-click the 'My Computer' icon on your desktop and choose 'Properties' - this will open a window called 'System Properties'. In this window, two tabs are of interest; 'General' and 'Hardware'.

The 'General' tab provides information about your 'System' and 'Computer'. In the latter you will be able to your CPU speed and how much RAM you have.

On the 'Hardware' tab you will need to click the 'Device Manager' to see how each device in functioning. You may have to click on the '+' to escalate the folder you need to view. i.e. 'DVD/CD-ROM driver' will give you name name of the device and by right-clicking the device you can see if it is working properly.
